My Background
I might describe my career trajectory as a giant, exciting zig-zag but with a major and very important theme: I've always helped design and deliver experiences that develop individuals and teams. I left posts as a professor of management and an academic leader after earning a Ph.D. I wanted to practice what I taught so I went into talent management and development roles in biotech and healthcare tech companies. Then I became the Chief Content Officer of a media company looking to expand into education, then the CEO of Executive Education at Babson, the GM of Education at Morning Brew. I started my own consultancy, Chirp Learning and worked with companies such Georgian Venture Capital, CRE Daily. and Experience Anatomy. Presently, I'm the Managing Partner of Learning Strategy at Optimal Advisor AI, a company focused on bringing individuals and organizations up the AI adoption curve. In other words, I'm an intensely curious, motivated, and passionate person who loves to help individuals and organizations realize their potential!
